Launch outlook and select the calendar. Check your teams and outlook app are updated with latest versions.

For The Outlook Client App, Click On “Go To File ≫ Office Account.

For your teams client app, click on the three dots next to your profile picture, and then click on “check for updates.”.

When Calendar Stops Syncing, Check If You Are Signed Into The Correct Outlook Account.

Then open microsoft teams and go to calendar from the left navigation menu.
